Learning through action and experience

From the very beginning of Dnyanprakash, children's learning was linked with action and experience. Various materials are used according to the subject for that. Various reading and writing experiments were also conducted. Children get to know letters and words in kindergarten itself. After that, the children read and write sentences, and then they create stories from pictures, complete incomplete stories, write stories from points, experience writing, case writing, dialogue writing, letter writing, etc.

They express themselves freely through writing. Also, books from the class library are made available to the children for reading every Saturday. This increases children's interest in reading. Children gift books to their friends on their birthdays. Books are also given as gifts to guests in the school. Through this, the seeds of reading culture are sown in children from childhood. Older children read and review emotional, heroic, and adventure stories, as well as sensitive and biographical books. This helps to increase their emotional and social awareness. The school has provided various books in the library for parents who are always encouraged to read.

Children's learning is an ongoing process. We are only acting as guides. Therefore, children are given new opportunities to learn and experience. Children gain different energies from meeting dignitaries in prayer meetings, harmony, dialogue journeys, and interviews. At the same time, children are learning through various notable activities like project visits, project exhibitions, experiment day, reading inspiration day, sports festivals, friendly gatherings, various quality weeks, Anand Nagri, interviews with local elders, self-governance day, and so on.
