- Direct admission is given to children who have completed 3 years of age in the Playgroup. (Playgroup admission process starts from February 1st.)
- For students studying in Balbhavan, Balvikas Kendra, Vidyaniketan, and Learning Home, the renewal period for the next class is from March 1st to April 1st.
- Admission is confirmed by filling out the renewal form and paying the fees. After this, registered students for vacant seats are considered for admission.
- Once the admissions (boys/girls) are complete, we request not to insist on admission, keeping in mind Gyanprakash's operational methodology.
Parents should fully understand Gyanprakash's operational methodology before seeking admission.

Balbhavan : Playgroup (3 years completed), Balgat I (4 years completed)
Balvikas Kendra : Balgat II (5 years completed), Std. 1st and 2nd
Vidyaniketan : Std. 3rd to 5th (Marathi medium)
Learning Home : Std. 6th to 10th (Semi-English medium)
